Aquamarine is a blue or cyan variety of beryl. It occurs at most localities which yield ordinary beryl. It can be found in Brazil, US, Colombia, Zambia, Madagascar, Malawi, Tanzania and Kenya.

Aquamarine is a stone of the sea and a stone of the mystic. It helps with psychic abilities, peace, courage, communication and purification.  It is part of the 5th Chakra, which  keeps the throat, mouth and thyroid in healthy balance. Aquamarine helps you speak or create from the heart.
