Rutilated Quartz is found worldwide. Quartz with golden rutiles inside. The gold rutiles within the quartz were believed to be crystallized sunlight or gold belonging to dragons. The rutiles are sometimes called the hair of Venus.

Rutilated Quartz can be used to speed healing of injuries and slow down aging. Amputees can use Rutilated Quartz to help ease the phenomena known as phantom pain.
